Job queue hangs after enabling backup encryption

Hi and thanks for the forum!

I changed in ISPConfig for one web domain the backup settings:

files: from zip to tar+7z (BZip2)
    db: 7z (BZip2)
    enable encryption: true
    password set

Since then, the job queue hangs.
Could someone give me a hint what causes the problem?
It's for a school website that needs the page running during lockdown...

    Thanks in advance!
