Jailkit, mirror setup, rsync?

I have a (stupid, perhaps) question. I have a mirrored setup with a GlusterFS, it runs like a charm.
On a remote location, we'll have another mirror for failover. /etc/apache2 and /var/www are transferred to this remote host via rsync.

Everything works fine until a user creates a shell account in ISPConfig using Jailkit; the newly created directories in its home cannot be transferred because of the immutable bit. rsync fails with "permission denied" and I see no possibility to periodically transfer these contents to my mirror. But without, it is no real mirror. In your documentation PDF, the only hint for syncing the web contents & Co. I've found is rsync. Do you have an idea how I could solve this issue?

    Best regards,

You can switch off the immutable bit under System > Server config > web
