For whatever reason ISPConfig install its own copies of Apache2 and MySQL. However, I have my Apache2, MySQL and PotgreSQL running.

The question is - how these copies of duplicate services co-exist in one system?

This question has been answered many times in the forum.

    1) ISPConfig does not install its own mysql.

    2) ISPConfig installs its own apache and PHP, they where used only internally in the controlpanel for the webserver on port 80 and not for hosting your websites. You must install apache and PHP from your linux distribution too. Have a look at the perfect setup guides.
