    Hello,

Im trying to setup a HA-mirror setup with heartbeat 3 NICs on both machines, and GlusterFS on 2 Debian Wheezy servers.

But atm. im getting following error when i try to start mysql on slave

Does anybody know how I can fix this locking issue?

    Code:
May 9 18:39:43 warpath mysqld: InnoDB: Unable to lock ./ibdata1, error: 11
May 9 18:39:43 warpath mysqld: InnoDB: Check that you do not already have another mysqld process
May 9 18:39:43 warpath mysqld: InnoDB: using the same InnoDB data or log files.
May 9 18:39:44 warpath mysqld: InnoDB: Unable to lock ./ibdata1, error: 11
May 9 18:39:44 warpath mysqld: InnoDB: Check that you do not already have another mysqld process
May 9 18:39:44 warpath mysqld: InnoDB: using the same InnoDB data or log files.
May 9 18:39:45 warpath mysqld: InnoDB: Unable to lock ./ibdata1, error: 11
May 9 18:39:45 warpath mysqld: InnoDB: Check that you do not already have another mysqld process

May 9 18:39:46 warpath mysqld: InnoDB: Unable to lock ./ibdata1, error: 11

I have chosen to switch to drdb instead.

Thats a known issue when you use glusterfs, its descibed in the clustering guide and there is no solution for that when you use glusterfs.
