After creating new websites in ISPConfig 3.2, which hat been upgraded from 3.1.15 , Let's Encrypt certifcates are no longer issued.
    There are warning mails
23.10.2020-10:31 - WARNING - Let's Encrypt SSL Cert for: could not be issued.
23.10.2020-10:31 - WARNING - Could not verify domain, so excluding it from letsencrypt request.
In /var/log/letsencrypt/letsencrypt.log there are no entries.

As I noticed, /usr/local/ispconfig/interface/acme/.well-known/acme-challenge/ is no longer populated. There is only an empty.dir file

If I run certbot certonly -d --apache on the same machine, I receive a certificate.
    OS is Debian 10.6

Machine is part of a failover cluster, there is no change by using local or shared /etc/letsencrypt and /usr/local/ispconfig/interface/acme directories

    Is that behaviour already known?
