Currently I have a standalone ISPconfig which hold apache web server, FTP account and mysql DB.
I also have a multi server setup which are managed via a uniq web frontend.

My goal is to integrate the standalone server in the multi server setup and then manage everything from a single control panel.

Can you tell me if it's possible and the steps to do it ?

    It is?
In my opinion it is not. The unique ids of clients, websites and so on would conflict.

Sorry I misunderstood the pre-existing multiserver setup

I readed too fast and I tought you had a standalone server and wanted to clusterize it

I still think it's possible but will require more work to do.

Ok, it might be possible, but you would have to do lots of work and I don't think it would be possible on the same server.
One would have to use a new Server and import all the data via remoting api into the new server in the multiserver setup.
Of course the web paths would change, the web userids, maybe conflicting ftp users, db names and so on.
I would never recommend to do such an integration if you don't have too much spare time ;)

I agree with Croydon and this should be tested on non-production server
