Installing SSL-Certificate from the old server

We have moved to a new server with ISPConfig and now I'm trying to install the certificates for my domains (yes, there are several).
I've downloaded the following files for each domain from the old webhosting-backend:
    • RapidSSL_Intermediate_CA.pem
    • mydomain.tld.crt
    • mydomain.tld.key

Now I'm not quite sure how to put them into ISPConfig. If I go to Websites -> mydomain.tld -> SSL, I have several fields like State, Locality and so on, and SSL Request, SSL Certificate and SSL Bundle.

How exactly do these fields relate to the files above?
Is it even possible to use the old certificates on the new server?
    If so - how exactly?

Right now, if I go to https://mydomain.tld, I get this error (http works fine though):
    Any help would be appreciated!

    [solved]

Could actually solve the problem (or at least parts of it) thanks to this post: http://www.howtoforge.com/forums/showthread.php?t=53976

Turns out this situation is described in the ISPConfig Manual, which seems pretty hard to find though (or maybe I just used the wrong keywords while googling...).
