innodb vs myism on virtual domain, user mail server

    Does anybody have any experience on using myism vs innodb tables for a virtual domain and user mail server as set up with any of the handy tutorials on this site? :) Wondering in general if there are advantages or disadvantages with using innodb instead of the default myism.
