Are you linking to the root of web18 (real path /var/www/clients/client3/web18/home) or to /home?

    no /home but ../home ..
    /var/www/ or /var/www/clients/client3/web18/home/miky_nnxx/nnxx-firmware

You might try using bind mounts instead of symbolic links.
