How to migrate records from ns1 no ns1(new) in ISPConfig database (multiserver system).

My nameserver 1 from multiserver setup was deleted in Datacenter (but I have not deleted it in ISPConfig), now I have created the new ns1 server with the same IP, and I need to move all/any records from old ns1.my_domain.com to new ns1.my_domain.com in in ISPconfig panel database to avoid system crash or manually recreating all DNS zones for clients.
If I just delete oldest (deleted server) ns1 record from panel, this server will gone from all zones..

I've not done this, just guessing at what needs done, but I think you'd delete the new server record in ISPConfig then edit the server config file on the new server to change the server ID to match the old servers (and maybe need to change the MySQL username/password too?), then do a resync of DNS zones. I can't verify the server config file name right now but I think it's under /usr/local/ispconfig/server/ or /usr/local/ispconfig/server/conf/

@Jesse Norell: That would be my recommended solution as well.
