Help Module question

    One more thing struck me this morning - after migrating a server, I accidentally stumbled upon a single lonely user request that was lying around in the "Support" system - users usually contact me on the phone anyway, so this was a bit of a surprise.

    I couldn't find a way of telling the Help module to send notifications if a user files a request (or notifies the user if I respond to one, btw) - it would be nice to either receive an email notification or at least see some sort of pop up or a red dot indicating the number of unanswered support requests. This is probably not a high-priority feature request, but unless I am missing a config option here somewhere, it would sure be a nice addition eventually.
