Greylisting questions?

    I had a customer complain they had not received emails that someone had sent them and perusing maillog I found lines like these:

    who is being greylisted? my server? or the other end? and any idea what the network_biopair-interop error means? associated with one of the messages...

    The message:

    Jul 20 14:04:00 ns9 postgrey[2428]: action=pass, reason=triplet found, client_name=mx4.mycheapoair.com, client_address=64.61.65.99, sender=CheapOair@myCheapOair.com, recipient=laura@zzzresearch.com
    Jul 2

    means that your server accepted and delivered the message to the account laura@zzzresearch.com after the greylisting period was over.
