Email forwarding

    I have mailbox [email protected] created under ISP 3.1.11. In Email tab is Email Forward option. I tried to set forward all messages from [email protected] to my private email account and also leave copy received messages on [email protected]. Unfortunately I can't do this there, because I have error: "There is already a mailbox with this email address". Sure it is, so I suppose "Email Forward" is not proper option in this case. Could you point me right direction?

    It seems you need the "Send copy to" field in the settings of that mailbox. I think you are doing that forwarding somewhere else?

    Yes, I tried use Email Forward option in Email tab in ISPConfig. I am going to check "Send copy to" option.
    I added my private mail in this field but this nothing happens. I sent email first from [email protected] and after second attempt to this mailbox. Hmm.
