email forwarding

    Hi guys

    I have a customer's email account already setup. She is leaving her company soon and I want to forward all of her future emails to another user in her department.

    However, she currently has emails in her inbox. I do not seem to be able to create a forward without first deleting her current account (and thereby losing the emails that are currently in her inbox) and then creating it in the email forward section.

    Is there a way around this?
