Email filter is not working

    Hello,

    I have ISPConfig 3.0.5.4p8, an there I run alot of email domains and email mailboxes. But on one mailbox there are not working filters which customer create in roundcube. Is possible to debug it somehow? I found no errors in mail logs, email wil arrive, mailbox just don't apply the mail filter which should move it to folder.

    I tryed restart amavis and dovecot, but did not worked.

    Sorry, (I) can't help with that old of software, maybe @till would have ideas. I'd sure encourage you to get upgraded to a current release.

    How have you created a customer in roundcube?
    How have you set the filters? Which ones are not working?
