Are there any amavisd or SpamAssassin errors in your mail log?

Have you tried to update SpamAssassin's rules?
    Code:
    sa-update --no-gpg

It's in the /var/log/ directory. Depending on your distribution, it might be named mail.log, mail, or similar.
