Correct me if I'm wrong, but when I add domains to create sites, if I want e-mail accounts I need to also add the domain to the list of domains available to create e-mail accounts right?
Why can't the added domains to the sites be automically added to the list of domains being available to create e-mail accounts? I understand that I can add domain only for e-mail accounts but I think the ones added to sites should be automatically added to the e-mail domains.

Is there a easy way to do it? I have around 100 sites to add to the panel and pretty much all of them will have e-mails accounts associated with it, and it's a pain having to add the domains twice.

Yes. Probably, your sentence is a bit complicated, so I may have misundestood what you meant.
Quite a lot of discussion on this topic in this forum and there is a feature request:

Because it's intended that the mail and web server are separated and users can choose if they want to have a domain for web or mail and to not add the domain automatically for both servers. E.g. if an email domain would be added automatically, but this email domain is in fact hosted by Gmail, then emails that are sent from the contact form of the website would never make it to Gmail, they would just be discarded locally for being unroutable.

There is an ISPConfig module though that can be used to automatically add things, just not sure if it is still compatible with the current version as it's author seem to not maintain it anymore:

I appologize, English is not my native language, so sometimes is hard for me to explain what I mean.

I understand that, but more times than not, people who host a domain for a website will also use the same hosting service for the e-mail, so why not add it automatically to both webserver and e-mail server and add an option to individually disable a domain in the e-mail server in case you want to use an external service for a domain you are hosting.

I will take a look on that script, to see if it does what I need.

Anyway thanks for your fast response, I'm coming from another hosting panel that stopped being maintained and I'm still adjusting for ISPconfig different features. I've bought the user manual a while ago when I first started to think about migrating from the old panel, so I hope that ease my job.

You can also use the API for creating new domains, and set a action to create both the web- and maildomain.
