DNS Centos.2 issue

    Afternoon All

    Plase require assistance

    Have setup Bind9 on centos 6.2 and everything sems to be running fine
    when i run nslookup from my local machine for internal addresses like below
    I get the correct response that I would expect two see 2 entries below.

    However further down you can see that I have had tried to resolve google's ip addresse and got the result marked below ISSUE THAT I AM TRYING TO RESOLVE.

    Please give me some assistance if there is any thing you require please let me know and I wil post as soon as possible.

    [root@lonsmtp01 /]# nslookup 31.216.6.41
    Server: 31.216.6.42
    Address: 31.216.6.42#53

    41.6.216.31.in-addr.arpa name = ns1.highnet.com.

    [root@lonsmtp01 /]# nslookup 31.216.14.41
    Server: 31.216.6.42
    Address: 31.216.6.42#53

    41.14.216.31.in-addr.arpa name = ns2.highnet.com.



    ISSUE THAT I AM TRYING TO RESOVE

    [root@lonsmtp01 /]# nslookup 8.8.8.8
    Server: 31.216.6.42
    Address: 31.216.6.42#53

    It could be that recursion is disabled on your dns server. What is the output of:

    dig 8.8.8.8.in-addr.arpa
