Database user not showing up while creating new database

    Hello,
    1a) I've created a database user and when I go to create a new database, nothing shows up in the Database user field.
    1b) After that is fixed, is there an option to assign all privileges or certain ones to that particular user?
    2a) In order to investigate the above, I went into System logs but it shows me "No results". Can you tell me how I could enable that?

    Then you either created the user for a different client or you missed selecting a website that is owned by the same client that you created the database user for.

    The user has either full privileges on that database or read only priveliges.

    This is not in the system logs as it's not an issue with creating the user.

    Thanks. I was not selecting the site. :facepalm:
