    Dear All,
I have a new centos 5.5 machine. The problem when I type crontab -e it gives me -bash: crontab: command not found. How make my crontab work ? Thank you.

Are you logged in as root?

    /sbin/crontab -e

    which crontab

    ps -ef | grep cron

If there is no output you can install 'crontabs' with:

    yum install crontabs vixie-cron
