    returns

ERROR: Can't initialize the internal logger

    clamd.conf settings
    User clamav
    AllowSupplementaryGroups yes

    ls -la /var/log/clamav/
    drw-rw---- 2 clamav clamav 4096 May 16 23:31 .
    drwxr-x--- 15 root root 4096 May 16 04:03 ..
    -rw-rw---- 1 clamav clamav 0 May 15 18:11 clamd.log
    -rw-rw---- 1 clamav clamav 42691 May 8 16:43 clamd.log.1
    -rw-rw---- 1 clamav clamav 11836 May 3 04:03 clamd.log.2
