Is it possible to run .exe or .dll cgi scripts in httpd?
    Anyway take a look:

    Do you mean in /etc/httpd/conf/vhosts/Vhosts_ispconfig.conf:
    Owner of hello_world.pl

If the .exe file is a windows binary, then no.
