centos doesn't show eth0

    i install centos 6.5 on vmware without internet card. Then i have done install i add 1 internet card
    i used ifconfig command just only show Lo
    ifconfig command eth0 not recoginsed
    ifconfig -a command show eth0
    when i used vi /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth0 (New file = blank)
    So how to fix this

    edit the eth0 file & give entries like this

    i used chkconfig --list | grep -i netw and it show something like this:
    network 0:eek:ff 1:eek:ff 2:eek:n 3:eek:n 4:eek:n 5:eek:n 6:eek:ff
    how to make it ON
    then i used ifup eth0 it show
    Device does not seem to be present , delaying initialization
