    I installed 1 DNS server (BIND9 on CentOS) and public its in internet.

    In LAN , i query every thing good.

    But when i in internet, i query DNS
    >set type=ptr
    <IP PUBLIC >

    Then answers return: can't find <IP PUBLIC> Non-
    existent domain.

    If I query DNS with domain name:
    >set type=any

    every thing good.

    I don't know why ?
    Help me? Thanks

    Reverse PTR Record

    Likely your hosting company or IP owner will have to set the reverse for the IP.
