Cannot assign user to database

    I have used ISPconfig for years and this is the first time I am having this issue on a new install. Basically, I can create a database user but when I try to add new database, the usernames are missing from the User field of the Add database screen. Here are my details:

    Most likely the website were the database belongs to is not owned by the client that you created the database user for.
