Hey guys ... long time no hear Anyway, to not waste your time. I think I've found a bug with the autoresponder, specifically relating to time conversion when saving the autoresponder start and stop time. Was kinda stumped why my autoresponder (tried roundcube integrated with ISPConfig) wasn't working only to figure out, that the start time is in the future. The ISPConfig version in question is current (ie: 18.104.22.168). How to reproduce it: 1) logon to the ISPConfig3 UI 2) go to the email mailbox of the user in question 3) Autoresponder tab, enter the message, enter the start time, end time and enable the lot In my case I've set the following times: Start on: 02 Jul 2012 09:00 End by: 02 Jul 2012 11:00 Once we've done this, let's check what happens on the OS: /var/vmail/mailfilters/domain.tld/username/.autoresponder: Code: ... if (1341219600 lt $NOW && 1341226800 gt $NOW) ... Converting these unix timestamps back we find, that: 1341219600 equals Mon, 02 Jul 2012 09:00:00 GMT and 1341226800 equals Mon, 02 Jul 2012 11:00:00 GMT Problem being - only a part of this world lies in the GMT timezone - the rest of us live with an offset. The GUI also expressly prohibits from setting the autoresponder in the past (so allowing the user to set it to 07:00 GMT for a GMT+2 timezone to start at 09:00 local time) so basically we can only set it in the future. Fix? A conversion from the local time to GMT/UTC before saving it. Took me an hour to figure out what was going on D.
