Hello, I just installed the new version of ipsconfig. On a new machine under debian 9. during the creation of my website everything goes well for the first but then with each creation when I ask for a Let's Encrypt certificate, it puts that of the first site, which has the effect of making the site inaccessible. Do you have a solution? Thanks

And ensure that you do not mix * and IP in sites on a server, use * for all sites or the IP for all sites, mixing it will cause traffic to be routed to a wrong site.

It does not matter how many IP's you have, just don't mix IP and * in the IPv4 field on your server.

The domain must point in DNS to your server before you can apply for a Let's encrypt SSL certificate as Let's encrypt tests that the domain points already to the right system. So do not enable Let's encrypt checkbox before the DNS has been changed. Besides that, see FAQ that @recin mentioned to find out why Let's encrypt is not issuing a cert for your domain.

My DNS record has been in place for 10 years and I never change it and I never add a new record, so I have no worries about this one.
I read the FAQ there is no mention of my problem.
I persist that there is a bug at either Let's encrypt or ispconfig
So I'm going to explain my problem again:
    - DNS in place for 10 years
    - 1 ip V4 and 1 ip V6 is configured on my server.
    - Every time I create a new site by checking the box "Let's encrypt ssl" , the one if takes the certificate of the first site created and not the one I just made, yet the certificate is well named and well created in the right place.
    - I used this tuto https://www.howtoforge.com/tutorial/perfect-server-debian-9-stretch-apache-bind-dovecot-ispconfig-3-1/
    to install my machine.

    Thank you in advance.

ps: I'm French I use a translator to answer sorry if I make mistakes.

The FAQ covers all problems that can arise with the use of Let's encrypt. Go back to the FAQ and follow each step.
