Autoresponder / Alias

    I have an email account in:
    Email > Email Accounts > Account: Activated.
    Filled in a message and checked the box followed by Save.

    Now the Autoresponder is working when mail is send to that account.


    I also have two Aliasses
    Email > Email Alias: Pointing to the above account.

    If I send an email to the alias address no auto-respond message is send back.

    Any solution for this "bug"?

    Which ISPConfig version do you use?

    Thats a very old version. You should update to the current ISPConfig release and then deactivate the autoresponder and activate it again.
