    Hello everyone!

I have a problem on my server. I noticed that the "access" file which is inside the folder of the apache log is of 8GB. I came to know about this because my server is accusing problems of disk space (40GB only have to work).

I wonder, as this is a log file, if I can delete it (I'll do a backup in another location) and create another Apache to work because I need to free disk space. Will this create any problem?

    Thank you

Normally this should not cause any problems, but maybe you won't be able to use web-statistics after this.

IS there anything else that I do? It will be problematic for me if web-statistics does not work.

Check if logrotation is installed and working.
Normally apache logfiles get rotated and compressed automatically.
