    Hello,
I set a Location with require valid user.
I would like to modify apache2 message when that access is refused.
Is that possible ? I find nothing nowhere about that

    Is this on ISPConfig server?
Are you setting up password to protect acces to a subdirectory?
Apache error messages can be replaced with your own error messages. There is setting in ISPConfig for that, but if you are not using ISPConfig you need to read the docs to find out how it is done.

Yes, it is ispconfig 3.26 (not 3.2.7p1...)
please tell me where I can find that error doc management ?

I do not think such a version exists. Maybe a typo?
Consult the ISPConfig Manual, for version 3.1 it is on page 125:
That setting is in Website tab. The Manual does not give further info, but I think with that setting the error messages are read from the files in the website's error/ subdirectory (which ISPConfig creates and populates with stub files). Never used this feature myself, though.
