I was wanting to try The Hosting Tool with my web site, unfortunetaly it requires Curl to run.

I have curl installed on my Debian Ispconfig server.

The program is not able to play it, because (I believe) when you make a new website it is chrooted so the user can't access the entire computer.

How do I give the ability to run curl?

No, the website is not chrooted.

Please post the exact error message that you get for curl. And make sure that you installed curl and the php curl package and that you restarted apache afterwards. Installing curl only is not enough!

Sorry for the lack of information... The Hosting Tool just said it needed curl, but what it really needed was php-curl. After installing php-curl it is now working correctly.

    Thank you for your help.
