    Hello to all.
First I wont to say ISPConfig is great. :)
I have problems with one of my sites. When i make one of site (any) users administrator this user start receive emty mails - 0 bites. no subject, no headers ??? This is only for the first site created on my server web1. If user is not administrator everything works fine.

I'm using Debian Sarge with ISPConfig 2.2.0

No error in log files I think

    Sory for my bad English.

Do you have "Mailscan" activated for the admin user?
Are the emails really empty or do they contain a number?

No "MailScan" is not activated for any user.

    Code:

    drwx------ 5 u1_admin web1 4096 Apr 1 08:21 ..
    -rw------- 1 u1_admin web1 0 Apr 2 19:16 1143994587.4555_0.server.staks.org

If you use maildir for storing your emails, please try to change the line:

    INCLUDERC=/var/www/web1/user/u1_admin/.mailsize.rc

    to:

    ## INCLUDERC=/var/www/web1/user/u1_admin/.mailsize.rc

    in the file /var/www/web1/.procmailrc

What happens if you disable the virus scanner?

No change, can't receive HTML massages. Moust strange thing is that all other site administrators receive all massages normal ? I delete user u1_admin - recycle bin too and after that create user u1_admin again. NO CHANGE  If different user is administrator for this site same result no mail. ???

Is there anything special in the mail log when you send an HTML email to web1_admin?

No there is nothing special in mail log I think :( I don't understant very good mail system.
    Code:
    ls -la
    total 12
    drwx------ 2 u1_admin web1 4096 Apr 3 23:24 .
    drwx------ 5 u1_admin web1 4096 Apr 1 08:21 ..
    -rw------- 1 u1_admin web1 0 Apr 3 23:23 1144095822.11692_0.server.staks.org
    -rw------- 1 u1_admin web1 1011 Apr 3 23:24 1144095859.11725_0.server.staks.org

First massage(1144095822) is HTML - 0 bites, second(1144095859) is the same but Plain Text (Subject: Test, Body: Test) send from Outlook Express

Thisi is mail.log from received massages
    Code:

Thanks for your help... For now I will turn on admnistrator rights only when I need to change some file, in other cases I leave it off.
