Most iekely a global alias for awsats icons is missing in apache config. Which tutorial did you use to install the server?

Please try this: Add the lines:

    Alias /awstatsclasses "/usr/share/awstats/lib/"
    Alias /awstats-icon "/usr/share/awstats/icon/"
    Alias /awstatscss "/usr/share/doc/awstats/examples/css"

at the end of the file /etc/apache2/sites-available/default

    and restart apache.

awstats is from ubuntu, not ispconfig.

    When i add this information

    Alias /awstatsclasses "/usr/share/awstats/lib/"
    Alias /awstats-icon "/usr/share/awstats/icon/"
    Alias /awstatscss "/usr/share/doc/awstats/examples/css"

And get back to the file the next day the information have disappeared

Do you know way that happens?
