500 Error in stats

Hello!

When try to enter to domain.com.stats - output have 500 Error.
When I uncheck suEXEC, everything work fine, but it is not a solution
How to solve this issue?

sorry my mistake.
I change to AWstat for weblizer and try to login to /stats, but awstat did not created.

Webalizer work ok.
