All the servers were running 3.0.5.3.
All are running Debian (mostly Squeeze)

Does this affect the server and is there a way to check that the update is ok on this specific server?

    Best regards
    Jakob.

Those error should noch affect anything.
It seems you had some sql updates already installed and the patch of updated version tried to execute them again. Nothing to worry about.

Successfully upgraded 1 out of 2 to 3.0.5.4p1.
The second server, Apache, stops when the scripts shall make a backup.

    From syslog:
    Apr 29 15:22:01 SERVER CRON[11978]: (root) CMD (/usr/local/ispconfig/server/server.sh 2>&1 > /dev/null | while read line; do echo `/bin/date` "$line" >> /var/log/ispconfig/cron.log; done)

    Any suggestions?
