    Hi guys,

Today I found a fantastic howto about setup file server with eBox by Falko.:p
I think it is the best way I have seen for a ldap/samba solution.

But can it used as domain controller and file server simultaneously? in the other word can I setup both domain controller and file server on a single eBox server?
And where the location of user's home directory can be set?

and another question: can eBox support network printers?

    I think so.

At least it can act as a print server: http://ebox-platform.com/product/features/ :)

    Dear Falko,

by this I meant that can we plug printers directly to the network and setup their drivers on eBox and manage (Authenticate and account) users peinr jobs?

I found that in last version of eBox (0.11.101) it can to defined network printers.

but after setting up it, windows users can not login to their home directory and permitted printers. may it because of firewall?
where can Flush firewall in eBox?

    Thanks a lot,

    So far so good !

I think the problem was on client. now users can login without problem.

But with which user I can add computers to the domain?
