Found the problem and I want to share the issue:
I deleted log files which belonged to Apache and found the point by these commands:
I got a very serious problem
today one of my servers stopped working and I tried to understand why and what happened for it. I realized...
I picked up all necessary logs for the last day configuration. Please check out the attachment. Even I didn't figure out how could I did that.
Finally, problem solved!

I fed up with this issue. I think the problem is somewhere else :mad::mad::mad:
I tried to install libxml2 and it says I did successfully....
It looks everything fine with libxml2
[email protected]:/# apt-cache policy libxml2

I am using a Debian server and logged in as the root user. I attached the result of configure command in this thread again.
