1) How big are these mails?
2) Did you use the user web1_dlagoss to upload files with FTP to your website?

mails are very small, 10k, 5k and 3k

web1_dlagoos is not administrator and not using for upload files with FTP.

I used other account.

Is the quota of the website high enough?

Please check the quota usage with the command:

repquota -a

The quota is not large, so it might have been reached with 3 mails. The quota system of linux is very reliable, so you can be sure that the user uses the filespace.

1) Check in /tmp, /var/spool/mail and the users home directory for the files.

Yes, its the command you used first:

repquota -a

But you did not check the home directory of the user yet, you can do it with:

du -h --max-depth=1 /var/www/web1/user/web1_dlagoss

24K /srv/www/web1/user/web1_dlagoss/Maildir
