Regarding the above subject i need to point some of the drabacks this article is having and even moderators also not noticed and just posted this article here are more concerns from users

Hi,

as far as I see, the article is technically correct and does not contain errors. Ubuntu is a secure linux distribution, the only thing the poeple mention in the comments is, that other spezialized solutions like monowall can be used as firewall. But shall we stop posting howtos because there is a different technical solution that might be better suited for some but not all scenarios? Sometimes there are good reasons to not use monowall or ipcop, e.g when you need packages which are not available for them or you want to learn more about firewalls.
