Default Port 25 Blocked by my ISP

My ISP blocks port 25 and 110.
Is it possible to use port 465(SMTP) & 995(POP3), If it is can someone write a detailed steps on how to set this up.

I followed the debian perfect setup and installed ISPCONFIG.

**Very new to linux and I like it so far.

Thanks for any help

You can use any port you want for any service. The problem is how should know this an other mailserver that tries to deliver mail to your server.
