vmware on dapper drake -missing NAT connection
I set up vmware on dapper drake ubuntu with NAT (see ifonfig below(A) then suddenly yeaterday no more NAT (see what ifconfig looks like below(B)
why has NAT setting suddely dissaperared?

Thankyou falko re-boot was the answer.
I wonder if you might point me to a howto to encrypt a external usb hard drive?
I CANNOT boot into the external hard drive because of my BIOS on my labtop does not have this facility, I can only
save data on to the hard drive.
