Help install ISPconfig noob

Hey Guys I new here I got the ubuntu server 6.06 installed but how do I install ISPConfig all I can do is ssh over to my server box, do I have to download it from one of my workstations if so how and where do I put it on server to install it. Is it jus easier to just use WGET to downloadload it if so where is wget going to downloaded to. Please help me if u can.
