Exclamation phpmyadmin

Hi How does a web user logon to phpadmin I have tried
USER: web1_u3
PASSWORD: MYPASSWORD

but its not working

Sounds silly but: Are you sure you're using the correct password? Did you try to reset the password for that database?

Web users can never login to the mysql database. You will have to crete a database in ISPConfig for the website and use the username and password of this database to connect to phpmyadmin.

So I use the web users login for phpmyadmin not the mysql db user/password to login

No, you can not log into phpmyadmin with a web user, you must use a mysql user and password.
