Default Sendmail User Error

hi,

I'm running Sendmail-8.13.4-2 on FC4 Linux. That server has a user
and when he is trying to receive(Get Msgs) from "Mozilla Mail" he got a error
saying:

"The STAT command did not succeded. Error getting message number and size.
Mail server xxx.yyy.com responded: No INBOX for user."

There are other "user" without probl.
I've try to delete his account and restore it again without success.

Anyone have any hint on this issue?

Thanks,
Glenn Remstedt.

Have you tried to send an email to this account. In many setups the first email generates the missing inbox file.

Thanks for your quick response on this!
I've got this fixed - there was a "ruleset"-problem

Thx,
Glenn.
