Vhost error Resource Config line top of file..

Seems if I leave this on the top of the Vhost file
ResourceConfig /dev/null
AccessConfig /dev/null
I get this error from apache
* Reloading apache 2.0 configuration... Syntax error on line 1 of /etc/apache2/vhosts/Vhosts_ispconfig.conf:
Invalid command 'ResourceConfig', perhaps mis-spelled or defined by a module not included in the server configuration
So if I pound it out all works well though every change there is a problem?

Have you upgraded apache to apache2? This configuration is only written for apache1, but you seem to run apache2. Did you enabled Frontpage extensions and frontpage is not installed on your server?
