- Did you create a database for ISPConfig in mysql, if yes, delete it and reinstall ISPConfig.
- Does your mysql password contains special chars, if yes, set a password with chars and numbers only and reinstall ISPConfig.
- Does the mysql user you used to install ISPConfig has the same priveliges then the mysql root user?

Before you reinstall, remove ISPConfig by deleting the directories /root/ispconfig, /home/admispconfig and the ISPConfig mysql database.
