Exclamation Installation error-Timerzone database corrupt

I've got this error near by end of the ISPConfig installation, "Fatal error: date(): Timezone database is corrupt - this should *never* happen! in /root/install_ispconfig/install.php on line 334"

I'm running winXP with vmware Workstation and have ubuntu 6.10 as guest operating system. Following step-step "the perfect installation instruction for 6.10 but after 5 times trying thought to ask you what should I change to make it working? My Time zone is GMT +2.00 if this help..(
