Default Admin website ftp

I have at last installed ispconfig but what are the ftp settings and email settings for my own site, ie the host domain.

I know that the document root is /var/www/html/

Sorry if this question is very basic but I am lost.

Ben

You have to create that web site in ISPConfig, and on the tab "User & Email" you can create users and email addresses. The usernames and passwords are valid for ftp also.
