Default Forum offset

Hi, I was posting a question and browsing your forum and I don't know if its my browser or what. The main page and main for forum is fine but once you go into any category the whole thing is offset to the right. Some of the page is obscured with no side scroll. I am adding a screenshot and you can see the left column which is the only thing that shows until you scroll down past its length and then the forum shows offset. My Browser is IE 7 with resolution of 800x600.
Thanks

Your screen resolution is too small. You need at least 1024x768.
