Default Seperate mailserver

I was wondering if it is possible to install ISPConfig with the following server setup:
- Server A: Web server (Apache/ProFTPD) + Master DNS Server (BIND9)
- Server B: Database server (MySQL)
- Server C: Mail server (Postfix + Courier) + Slave DNS Server (BIND9)

Or is ISPConfig only meant for one web server with all other services running on too (maybe except MySQL)?

With king regards,
Niels R.
